Please read these terms before using BeReady. By tapping "Agree and continue" you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who we are

BeReady ("the app", "we", "us") is an independent exam-preparation app. You can reach us through Help & support in the app (Profile → Help & support).

2. Not a government app

BeReady is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for TGPRB, AP SLPRB, the Governments of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, any police department or any government body.

Recruitment details in the app are taken from the boards' public notifications and websites (tgprb.in and slprb.ap.gov.in). The official notification is always the final word.

3. No guarantee of a job or result

BeReady gives you study material, practice questions, mock tests and recruitment information to help you prepare. It does not guarantee that you will qualify in any exam, get any particular marks, be selected, or get a job.

Selection is decided only by the recruitment boards under their own rules. Mock tests follow the published exam pattern but are not the real exam, and scores in the app do not predict your real result.

4. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep questions, answers, lessons and summaries correct, but mistakes can happen, and rules, dates and syllabus can change. Use the app as a study aid alongside the official notifications and textbooks. If you find an error, please report it through Help & support.

The summary books are our own summaries written for revision. They are not official textbooks.

5. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the app with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian who accepts these terms for you. Use the app only for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

6. Your account

Some features may need you to sign in with your mobile number or email and a one-time password (OTP). An account is for one person only; do not share it or your OTP with anyone. To protect accounts, we may allow an account to be signed in on only one device at a time. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, record, sell, share or republish the app's questions, lessons, summaries or other content; share paid features with others; try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the app; use bots or scripts; or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close access for serious or repeated misuse.

8. Ownership of content

The app's questions, explanations, lessons, summary books, design and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app.

Official notifications, question papers, names and logos belong to their publishers. We only link to or refer to them for information.

9. Paid plans and free trials

The app may offer paid subscription plans. Before you subscribe, the price, billing period and any free trial are shown to you in the app and on Google Play.

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play using the payment method you choose there. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable Indian law. If prices change, we will tell you in advance as Google Play and the law require.

10. Privacy and your data

We collect only what we need to run the app. Your practice progress is stored on your phone. If you contact Help & support, we receive your message and the email address you give us and use them only to reply. We do not sell your personal data.

We handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data through Help & support. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Help, support and complaints

Use Help & support in the app to report a problem or make a complaint. Every request gets a reference number, and we aim to reply within 7 working days.

Grievances: for any grievance, contact us through Help & support and choose the topic "Grievance". Our Grievance Officer will be in touch.

If you are not satisfied, you can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or 1800-11-4000, consumerhelpline.gov.in).

12. Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove features and content, and the app may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We will try to give notice of major changes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from exam results, recruitment decisions, missed dates, or decisions you make based on the app's content, or for any indirect or consequential loss. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by agreement.

14. Ending use

You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and limitation of liability) continue after that.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new version in the app, and if the changes are important we will ask you to agree again. The date at the top shows the latest version.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits your right as a consumer to file a complaint where you live under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please contact us first through Help & support so that we can try to resolve any problem.

17. Language

These terms are available in English and Telugu. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
